About Us

At Elevate Wellbeing, through our in-person workshops, individual and couples counselling, and Employee Assistance Programs, we aim to motivate and provide individuals and teams with the tools they require to thrive. Building self-awareness, confidence, and the courage to take them on life’s adventures.

Supporting businesses, schools, community groups, and individuals in all areas of Mental Health and personal development. We provide education with practical tools empowering others to find their individual strengths.

We deliver a reliable and down-to-earth service where we create a sense of true belonging and understanding. Our facilitators are honest, empathetic, and unpretentious. We come with a wealth of experience from both our professional and personal knowledge.

Workshop Information

Single Session Workshop

60-90 mins

Single session workshops are 1 hour in length with an additional half an hour allocated at the end of each session for activities and Q&A.

Multi
Session Workshops

4, 6 & 9-weeks

Several of our workshops can be run over multiple weeks. We are flexible, and these can be tailored to suit your organisation.

$1,900-$2,800 (+GST)

FULL Day or Half Day Workshop

Full Day or Half Day

A full or half-day workshop can be created by adding multiple sessions together. We are flexible, and these can be tailored to suit your organisation.

Cost per Session

$1,200-$2,800 (+GST)

  • Discounts are available for multiple sessions booked by the same organisation.
  • Additional discounts are also available for Not-for-Profit Organisations and community-based organisations.
  • Elevate Wellbeing has options to suit all budgets, please get in touch with us today, and we are happy to discuss how we can best assist your organisation.

Cancellation – Our current cancellation policy requires 48 hours’ notice before the presentation. The cancellation fee is 20% of the Total – non-refundable deposit.

Payment Terms and Conditions – Full Payment is required at least one week before the presentation/workshop.
